The Responsibilities of the Finance Department are to;

1. Is responsible for the management of financial administration; 
2. Develops corporate investment portfolio and ensures effective credit control; 
3. Develops the work programme of the Finance Department to ensure effective job performance; 
4. Preparation of annual pro-financial statement; 
5. Ensures judicious use of funds in accordance with official procedures; 
6. Develops financial policies and procedures for planning, controlling and monitoring financial transactions.
